In the last few days a film team from Graz visited me to do an interview about my work. I can't wait to see the result. Many thanks to Andrea, Kathi and Heli!
One of the interview questions was: „What drives you?“
I guess I said: „l want to connect opposites and master challenges. Ultimately, my new interpretations of art historical works are about a successful composition of the individual elements within a given framework. If a picture is successful I am burning to make a new one. I can't do as much as I want to. But that's ok. I think I have found my life theme with this series of works and am now trying to pursue it.“
